Willing service to go the extra kilometer

Last week I left my diary that had all my meeting notes on the back seat of the hired car. The next day, I called the CT airport branch, asking them to look for the diary. That same day, it was found, they contacted me, sent pictures to my phone of all the required pages... I asked if they could send the book to Jozy. Sure, with pleasure, was the response. Next it was sent to the Jhb office, only to get a call from Moses, saying he was happy to bring it to my office..Well, this has to be best service I have ever received, and by the way, no extra cost to me. I was happy to pay for my error, but it was never brought up.. I will be a continued happy customer in the future..
