Watch out - ********* regarding fuel!!!!!!

Watch out for First Car rental, they charge you for fuel according to kilometers driven even if you refill the vehicle. I drove almost 200 kilometers and refilled the vehicle just before returning. I was then charged for fuel. when I logged a complaint they said that the fuel amount was correct according to the kilometers driven - even if the vehicle was full. So, they don't re-fill the vehicle - they just estimate what they think the refilling should cost and then charge you that. If not *****, it is downright *********.
