Very poor service - not recommended

Based on the services offered by First Car Rental, I would never recommend them. From the poor service offered at the Cape Town Airport to returning the car and subsequent dealings. I hired a car, scratched it, and am now charged the FULL amount (plus R900 admin fee) when I took insurance out on the car. In addition to this, I was never consulted and just had the funds withdrawn from my account.
