Very poor service

I booked and paid for a car almost 3 weeks in advance, when arriving at my destination was informed that they don't have the car I booked. Downgraded me to a smaller car. When receiving the final invoice was charged the same for the smaller car. Still straggling to resolve the issue. Will never use them again
