very bad service

I had a very bad experience with First car Rental Kimberly International airport. Arriving at the airport only to find that there are no cars and had to wait for more than 20 minutes while the sales lady was frantically searching for a car which was used by the driver by the name of Sanele, very rude fellow! He arrived 25 minutes later and without even greeting, he just asked me to sign the inspection sheet, which I was never part off. Secondly, he left the key on the ignition in front of the building. He didn't have the decency to show us where the car was, I had to find it myself because when I asked him where the car keys are, he rudely responded by saying he left them on the ignition. So, I had to find the car with the running engine myself!!!! I was therefore late for my meeting because of this entire delay and not even an apology from this Sanele guy.
