Useless Employees

The most useless company ever to exist with *********** staff members that you can have, my insurance Santam rented a car for me as I was involved in an accident, the process went over 30 days and Santam kept calling me to indicate that they have spoken to the car rental and extended the days until they settle the bank which I returned the car on the 09 December 2020. The consultant clearly explained that they have been engaging with Santam and to my knowledge, they decided ********ly to deduct R3 439.33 without my approval on 22 December 2020. When taking the matter up with them they indicate Santam needs to resolve it. I need both Santam and First Car Rental to engage and expect my refund as I'm just a third party in the matter that I was not involved in the beginning as my insurance represented me. The staff is very *********** and I need someone with clear understanding of customer service to get the matter resolved.
