Useless car rental company
Booked a car three weeks prior to arrival, rental company absolutely useless in finalising arrangements at the airport. While standing at first rentals counter booked with Avis two doors down who upgraded and gave me a better price on the car hire...as I walked into Avis the had the documents ready for me,I signed and left...ten minutes tops. Now am struggling to get my money back from first rental, five days later....this is bulldust....either provide a service or don't. Stay away from pretenders is my message.

19 Dec 2017, 15:22Now the first car rental is offering me my money back less 20%... nothing like ****************. You can't deliver basic service and now it's my fault.... maybe you need the money more than I do. That is now very clear. Do not deal with these people under any circumstances.
