<p>We hired a car from First Car Rental at OR Tambo for just under three days and returned it in impeccable condition and with the staff member who took delivery of it from us stating all was in order, agreeing there was nothing wrong with the car at all - and this after throughly inspecting the car interior, boot and exterior. Yet when you want your refund they say the car was full of pet hair - when we most definitely had not animal at all in the vehicle at any time and the interior was clean. In fact we came from out of town to attend a church wedding, having flown in to OR Tambo. Either a staff member used the vehicle, or someone else used it after us, or they photographed some other vehicle interior, probably at some other time, who knows when. They are quick to take lots of money out of your account but won't give you a refund which you are entitled to - and this is clearly just a ploy not to give you money back.</p>
