<p>I recently rented a car from First Car Rental i was impressed with their prices and cars.....I had rented the car for the Bushifre Festival ohh we have a blast.....after coming back we decided to return the car a day early so we took the car for some wash and fuelling up .....can you imagine all the dust in Swaziland and some camping dry grass on everyting...........we were quite pleased that it only took roughly R500 to fill up.......Until my suprise when the invoice came............I didnt know you can fill a 50 litre polo vivo may I add with R 1421.33 eally shocker.......and perfect timing to send the invoice at 17h00 knowing i call your office to yell and scream over such ridiclous refuellign charges......Sa****ay first thing morning I called the Kruger Mpumlanga International Airport in therage and fury .............Told the consultant on the line that there was no wy in hell a polo vivo can be filled with R1421.33 .......Oh how kind to point out that i was a head office error ..... REALLY REALLY I doubt the company errornely pays overpays on salaries.....Oh then i was asked if i handed over the fuel recipients ..........oh as if someone told me ,,,,,,,,kinda like hidden information .................i waas told everythong from dents, accidents, border regualtions nothing about fuel receipts .......so the gentleman ssured that they and head office will relook my reservation and investigate...... oh well to my suprise we were refunded the other the one that was some refuelling charges and not so quite .......After all we were charged R34.00 for the refuelling the actual expense......so why did yall let me through such pain sleeping less friday i might add......having an argument with myself ..........thinking all the horrible words im going to say to your consultant on monday ...........FYI i was ready to bring the heat. Advice to all fellow renters and future renters.....1. Safely store your fuel recipiets and hand them over when you return the car .....make copies if you can ....just in case if they try to pull a wool over your face .......trust me you are not safe nor immune to people/corporates taking you for a ride 2. Shout out that you filled the car ''propvol' its a afrikaansword its means its filled to capacity.....3. Have a concern decency to wash the car...........</p>
