Unnecessary additional high charges from First Car Rental

Wow I received a R400 fine which was sent to me. Paid the fine with an extra R15 charge directly to the traffic dept then was debited directly with an extra R400 from First Car for putting the fine into my name. Aren't the fees enough initially to cover all this. R400 is ridiculous. Daylight ******* and very disappointing. Yes the lesson is don't get a fine but in a not so fami**** town these things happen.
