Unhelpful Service

Upon arriving at the airport at 11am. We made our way to First Car Rental where we were told we had to wait 20mins for our vehicle to arrive. Our booking clearly stated the vehicle would be ready by 11am. We had a guy in a wheel chair waiting at the pick n go and this was not acceptable. They then made a plan to get us a vehicle which was a Mahindra. We were 4 adults with luggage. I then asked for the manager as we couldn't get the boot open, we had to put our luggage on our laps as we had no choice in the matter. Their attitude was they couldn't help us. This was totally unacceptable. Our ref number is RA***
