Outsurance let us use them after our car was written off. No deposit was yet received back and now they want to deduct money for toll gates and tge 2 days that we made an EFT. I WONT RECOMMEND thus place to anyone at all dont understand that a insurance place like Outsurance make use off tgem

22 Dec 2023, 15:17After numerous calls to Outsurance and to them they refund my total deposit because they did not disclose hidden cost. Much appreciated but think staff need training not to be so *********** and arrogant!!
