Time Will Tell
<p>My first time with First Car Rental. Would like to say thanks for friendly service from Moses. My concern is in the lack of communication. My reservations are made well in advance, and my requested vehicle wasn't available after it has been confirmed with three staff members at the branch and head office. Instead I received a brand new vehicle from another manufacturer. I understand not everyone will receive a new vehicle every time, I was just lucky I suppose. But please look into your communication between staff and honor requests and confirmed bookings. Will review again as soon as I receive my invoice to compare it with other rental companies and also if you get it right with my next reservation.</p>
