Thrifty Car Rental Deposit refund failure

I would like to warn customers not to use Thrifty Car Rental as I have paid a R8000 deposit on a rental and are battling to get my refund from them. The standard answer is that "the accounts department is still investigating...." I have sent my bank statements to them but still no refund. Be aware of this next time you book a rental from this company.
