Think Twice before using First Car Rental PE

Rented a vehicle with First Car Rental using FlySafair, upon returning the vehicle, I refilled the vehicle as is expected. Only for them to charge me afterwards, saying that I didn't refill the vehicle. Even though the petrol station is across the road from the rental office AND I told the person inspecting the car I left the receipt in the car and I filled it up until the second click.

Really quite sad that a corporate would be this ******* when we complain about politicians and the state of this country, the reputation of this company should be exposed. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I will never use First Car Rental again. I have used many car rental companies and never has this happened after I filled up the tank.

I called the PE branch and spoke to a lady and she said she would investigate and get back to me but of course nobody has had the courtesy to get back to me.

Please people be warned this is not an ethical car rental company you want to do business with.

They obviously run this **** because most people hire through their companies and don't bother about the extra charges that are loaded ********ly afterward.

Wish I read the reviews before using them. Port Elizabeth Branch is clearly running a **** and doesn't care about their customers.
