I am extremely upset with your rental company. <br> Firstly.. I have been charged R40 for fuel after I returned the car full with petrol. 1st Car's excuse was that they had to drive the car to head office and the fuel was checked there.. Which means I payed for a trip I didn't even make?? I have never heard of that!! And I am really disgusted.<br> <br> Secondly, your contract fee must be communicated by staff.. Not be written in small print on a page.. As that can also be considered sneaky.<br> <br> Thirdly, I have returned the car on 18April.. Today is 27April! The R3000 block on my credit card has still not been removed?? Why not?<br> <br> At this point I do not see any good reason to use your company again. <br> <br> I hope to hear from anyone soon.
