They cant solve a problem

We made a booking with first car with unlimited km when we landed they said the kar have only 200km a day. It is nout our fault the bank updated my acoount from hold to plattinum. We are struggling more than a week to sort thus proplem. They messed up our honeymoon we cant travel as planned.
