Terrible service when releasing your money on hold for hiring a car.

Don't ever hire a car from this company. R/A no: ***. We hired a car for the company on 18/09. The deposit of R9000 is still on hold on our account. I have phoned numerous times and still almost two weeks later our deposit is still on hold. Our bank can't release it because from there side they don't give instructions to the bank. Terrible terrible terrible. Worst experience ever.
