Terrible customer service from the same service consultant yet again a year later!!!

I have a repeat issue with refuelling charges on a vehicle I returned 1 minute after topping up the fuel for me to get my invoice today stating that additional fuel was filled. Yet again Khethiwe Zwane from customer care spoke with her condescending approach and I opted to speak to someone else. Her manners are terrible and she should not be dealing with customers
