Terrible car rental company! Complete *******!!

<p>When I booked a rental car with first car rental online I selected a Ford fiesta which is is Group R vehicle. </p> <p>After having ompleted my booking and made payment, I got a notification that I got downgraded to a Ford Figo (which is obviously not the same class vehicle, but a lower class vehicle). I did not get any cost saving from this. </p> <p>Further to this, when i went to pick up my vehicle, i was given a Nissan Micra, which is a lower class vehicle to the ford Figo (Group A as per the first car rental website). This is in spite of the fact that I paid for a vehicle that is 2 classes higher. Complete *******.</p> <p>In addittion to this I have requested 3 times for an extension of the trip for an addittional day, an have recieved no acceptable response.</p> <p>I would not reccomend this company to anybody.</p>
