Sylvester- Sandton Branch

I was very unsatisfied with the service i got on from the 8th and 9th Feb 2023, worst part i was dealing with the guy by the name of Sylvester from Sandton Branch who seem not to know what he is doing, the only thing i requested was to change the vehicle which i was not comfortable in driving , but instead he told me i wont be comfortable as it was not my car but a rental, he further advised that i have to be patient until i get the group B car, i advised my concern is that should something happen to the car i will be liable however he said there is nothing much he can do about it. i had to complain from my insurance
