*****ing my money, and refuse responsibility from a company side

I rented a vehicle from First Car Rental, it was the first time i ever rented a vehicle. I received a vehicle and took photos of said vehicle to ensure the firm cant blame me for things that was on the vehicle. Little did i know the Wheel cap will be lost.

I took the vehicle and on the highway the wheel cap got lost, i got in touch with First Care Rental immediately and Spoke to Denzel who advised me what to do, i did everything he explained. Yesterday First Car rental debited my Credit Card with R 780.00 roughly, i tried already before yesterday to get the firm to understand that i am not saying that i dont take responsibility, but the company as such must also take responsibility as they didn't put cable ties around the wheels, they clearly didn't check everything before we received the car. I am willing to settle the matter at a 50/50 basis, but there is a woman Sarah Lowe. She is a ****ing idiot. i tried to discuss the matter with her and explain my situation and reasons and she just dismiss you and make you out to be the villain. She dint show compassion for the situation at all from the get go and forced down my throat to pay the money. i told her i reversed the money at my bank and she blatantly told me that she will just re-instate the values as i will pay it. No remorse for their clients, this is now one company that alone is correct and no one else is correct, this is not a firm that take the situation, discuss it with the client and then make an informed decision, NO these people do as they please and then they push it down your throat that you have signed for it, hence why you have signed away everything. First car rental can do as they please because they have your signature on a place. Now you must not ask why your companies are going under and bankrupt, its because you are a bunch of **** Heads that think you can do what you WANT. SARAH is the biggest **** head.
