Service very Poor

I have booked a Midsize car (and paying the price of a Midsize car) and i received a Micra Nissan..I have 3 little kids (with a baby seat) and is triggering with this small car....im trying to arrange a bigger car but no one can assist me..<br> <br> I have been phoning everyone at 1 first car rental and they said I need to talk to the Consultant (Joanne Davidson Nova car *** who I made the booking with) , I'm not getting hold of her so I phone the Call centre at Nova car Rental and they said I need to phone 1 first car rental and arrange with them because the contract is between me and first car rental ....still no response...seriously why do we need to struggle like this for something you paying for...you can't complain about the service in South Africa because there is no service<br>
