Refuses to rent car to under 23s

<p>I booked a car when booking a plane ticket through flysafair. When I got to Cape Town to collect the car they refused to give it to me as I am 21 years old. Apparently their terms and conditions only allow people to rent a car above the age of 23. When you book the car online they do not ask for any details nor do they verify that you are of the correct age. They are absolutely useless and caused me great trouble. I then went next door to a different car rental company and they helped me without any problems.</p>
