I paid 1200 when I took the car from them.I bought it back on time on Friday.Monday 16 March I received an invoice showing all deductions due to be paid including Sanral deductions.I spoke to the Customer Relations Manager who promised that she will send my request for processing on Monday.I want my refund due to me back please.I paid cash and dont understand why should the process be delayed.I want my money be deposited today.My reservation number was ***
