<p>Being a long standing client , being a loyal long standing client seems to mean absolutely nothing when it comes up the moods of a manager.</p> <p> </p> <p>December 2016 - rented a car from First Car Rental - Polokwane</p> <p>kept the car beyond the contract date - my fault, I admit, but to list me as a BAD RISK at all the rental car agencies for the infringment is really taking bad moods to far.</p> <p> </p> <p>The account has been settled in full</p> <p>and now comes the crux of the matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>I can't rent a car at any of the retal agencies because of this listing and Inobody at First Car Rental can assist in removing this listing.</p> <p> </p> <p>The manager Frank refuses and the legal department says there is nothing they can do.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need this resolved.</p>
