Procedures not followed

I have been a client of First Car since 2017. Client service has been excellent. The mistake I did was to sign a contract with Umhlanga branch. The Manager there Sagren does not understand policies and procedures of his own employer. He will come eith all sort of indirectly threatening statements. This company is not doing me a favour Sir. I pay and should not be treated as though I at your mercy. I know and understand procedures !!!!!
