Prescription Glasses ****** within 12 hours

<p>I forgot my prescription glasses in a rental car inside a closed compartment, I phoned the next morning early to ask if I can come pick it up. I phoned about 10 times before they could give an answer. The unprofessional behaviour of everyone at the branch is absolutely disgusting- SANDTON !!!I explained that I knew exactly where I had forgot it as I always put it there because I can't see when I'm driving. They had NO respect whatsoever!! The guy finally told me that the glasess were not there!!- Welcome to South Africa folks within 12 hours ******. I will be sure to tell everyone I know of your uns****ed, unproffesional staff.</p> <p> </p> <p>kindest regards</p>
