Poor Service is truly an understatement

This company is by far the worst service I have ever received in my life. 4 months later, no one has called to provide an update on my matter, no one communicates and people consistently lie on their recorded lines. 4months later when I am following up only to find out they **** about logging the matter there is no investigation and only now they are logging the matter.

They lack integrity, honesty and accountability.
