Poor service

This company has dropped the level of customer service I hired a car for 10 days being they regular customer I've been renting a car from different branches Johannesburg and Durban now they develop new strategy once you late in returning they come with spare key to remove the car no call no warning They took the car in Gateway shopping mall Security were not told they use ticket obtain from entry with another car becarfully DONT RENT FROM FIRST CAR
