Poor service delivery and lack of accountability

A month later I am still waiting for my deposit (R9500) for the car that I rented. I returned the rental car in one piece but yet my deposit is still not reflecting in my account.

Multiple contact has been made with First Car Rental, via phone calls & emails. I have been sent from pillar to post without any positive outcome but blame game.
