Poor service at First Car Rental

I hired a car through FCR in King Shaka Airport on the 29th of August. When I returned it the guy receiving it saw a minor scratch on my left hand door. I had to be in a certain angle to see that minor scratch, even himself he saw it by chance. So now I have paid R3950 for a minor scratch that I wouldn't have seen it myself. My issue is that, the scratch could have been there and not seen because of its size and now I am paying for something I did not do. I am disappointed on FCR and how they do things. In my life I will never ever rent a car from them. They didn't even take my reasoning into consideration, they just told me that they view is final.
