Poor experience with First Car Rental

I booked First Car Rental through FlySafAir. The car I received must rate as one of the worst and smallest rental cars I have ever receivced. Then on top of that, "allegedly" i received a speeding fine while driving around Cape Town. I say allegedly, as I have yet to see proof of the fine. BUT I have been charge R400 already by First Car Rental for processing of the fine, but that does not include the fine itself, which was only R200. So basically the fine, or should I say, the "processing thereof, cost me more than the car rental. Absolutely disgusting!!! I will not be using First Car Rental again, and judging by the to number of one star reviews, customer service and satisfaction is noyt a high priority for them. Needless to say they don't even bother to check this forum!
