Please help recover my money from First Car Rental *****!!!!!

Without wasting anybody's time, let me get straight to the point. I hired a car fro Fist Car Rental on the weekend of 29 March 2019(Collection)- 31 April 2019 (Drop-off) at OR Tambo International. In the process, I aligned my booking to correspond with my Safaair flight shedule ELS- JNB- ELS.

Long short, I dropped the car on the 1st of April 2019 when I was returing back to East London (let alone that I exceeded my drop-off date and time, that on its own was just a mistake I also tried to fix with them over the phone after I discivered that my drop-off didn't correspond with my return date). A few days after calling the company to follow- up on deposit refund, I was informed that my invoice was being processed at the time (which they said would take approximately 72 hours). Only to my surprise, I received the bank, SMS notification that I got refunded a sum of R665.55 on )7 April 2019- @ 00h00. What is strange about it is that I was and am still expecting my reasonable refund of not less than R7000,00 when the when reasonable calculation is made.

Please help me Peter to recover all my dues and I will gladly provide you with all the required documentation as my back up evidence in this regard.
