Personal belongings left in rental car

I have rented a car from the Cpt International branch - Booking number ***. We have returned the car on Monday 2 March at around 15:00 after which I rang the branch (at about 17:00) to notify them that I have forgot 1 x DVD and 2 x CD's in the car. I spoke to the afternoon manager and he promised to ring back to confirm where I can collect the goods which he will keep for me. No call back has been made.<br> <br> I rang them again on 3 March at 09:30 and I was put through to Robyn which stated that I spoke to the afternoon manager and that he will leave him a message to phone me back when he comes on duty. No call back has been made here either.<br> <br> At 18:00 on 3 March I spoke to Samantha who informed me that there is not a person named Robyn at the airport branch and she will speak to the manager tand phone me right back. No ring back again.<br> <br> I need someone from head office to confirm that I can pick up my belongings - if not - then I will assume the person cleaning the car has taken them for him/her self.<br> <br> Shocking service to say the least. I would have thought that a rental agency would phone a client if they find goods in the car that does not belong to them
