Pathetic service

I booked with first car rental for the first time on the 28th of September 2022 at O.R Tambo International Airport, when I landed I went straight to the car rental to pick up my car that I have already paid for, for 4days when I wanted to pay the holding deposit they refused to take my Cheque card because they said they can't help because my bank card is not 6 months old, can you imagine, and when I asked where does that come from because you guys you've never mentioned that on your policy document, so the lady said she will cancel my booking and she won't be able to help me, and she was not nice at all. I felt and went to dollar thrifty and guess what they helped me with in 10mins, I got the car and went home safely. First car rental please pay back my money.
