On the 5th Feb 2025 I booked a car 1-8 Jun class D Automatic @ R 3941 29 May changed collection date 30 Jun the system changed the class to A. I only changed the date. on collection I was given a Manual Car & I don’t drive Manual. I asked for the car to be changed back to the D class as originally as Automatic car, your staff went to the back to call and convers with the manager who was not at all interested to assist me in this regard. I was charged and paid R1097 to change: class D car. Today there is a charge of R8424.95 taken from my account & I am told this is for the upgrade of the car from class A to Class D. how is it justified that the quote for the rental was total R3941 on a class D car but you charge an additional fee of R9918 to upgrade from a class A to a Class D car.
