Not informed and then charged an exorbitant amount for 2 hours late

Make sure when you rent a car from First Car Rental in KZN, that you are informed of the exact time you need to return the car , as they don’t inform you and if you an hour late returning the car they charge you a full day and also charge you the fee they choose and not what you originally paid, no wonder they want a holding deposit and they take over 10 days to refund you your deposit. I’m very disappointed with their customer service and will never use them again.
