Not informative

I paid R600 for delivery and collection of a vehicle which I was under the impression covers the cost for the delivery and collection fuel. When I was enquiring about delivery and collection, I was informed that the R600 covers the delivery and collection, which I assumed included the fuel. I valeted the car and filled it up prior to collection and they still deducted fuel costs. I ended up paying R730 for delivery and collection which would have costed me R200 to do myself. This company has a lot of fine print, beware.
