Not Child Safe

This was the worst experience and ruined both the beginning and ending of our holiday! We had pre-ordered two car seats but only one was available for us. Being in a foreign city, we now were stuck without a car seat, having to drive my child around unsafely. The car seat that we were given was such bad quality and nobody helped us to install it, which meant my baby ended up having to be put in the seat front facing, which is unsafe at her age. The entire ordeal took us THREE HOURS from pick-up to when we eventually left the lot. On drop-off, everything went smoothly, car was checked for damage, all was good and I signed the forms. AFTER SIGNING, we were then told that there were scratches and we would have to pay. The guy helping us spoke to management and we were told we could go but the time wasted and the stress this caused was horrible. We had also paid for the extra insurance cover, but at check-out were told it was through third party and we wouldn't be covered, that if something happened to the car, we would have to pay the full damage. I would not recommend this company. This was the worst experience and put my kids lives at risk!!!
