Not an honest company.
I rented a car in East London and when I tried to open the boot with the key it would not open. So I used the remote to open the car and pulled the lever to open the boot which worked. Now on returning the vehicle they are blaming me for damaging the lock. They did not bother to do a check before giving me the car. First Car Rental is not an honest company as they do not check vehicles before handing them to the customer.

15 Sept 2022, 16:41In addition I had a witness to the fact that the key would not open the boot. First Car rentals should have checked the vehicle but they have probably caught others before me with the same trick.
