No Transparency and Pathetic business ethic

No Transparency and Pathetic business ethic with bookings.It was not mentioned that there is a R75 additional fee also that you need need to pay additional is someone else drives also not communicated to me.Also the reason i took the super cover is to make sure all was covered.And now after i made the payment the vehicle is not fully recovered if you really want to make money do it the honest way this is just pathetic service should of just booked with Avis as i normally do?????????
