No refunds & No Terms and Conditions -Poor service
We were sending our Technician to JHB. <br> <br> I made a booking on Safair and included a car rental. There were no terms and conditions shown and if there were, I would have made a different decision. I didn't know that we would have to send the same credit card with the Techie that his car rental was booked under, and neither were we told there would be R8600 required as a deposit and that it would be held for a number of days after. <br> <br> I called to cancel and they told me sorry no refunds. How poor of you First Car Rental! .
