No insurrance.You as customer must pay all the damages

1st car rental.You let your customers believe that they are insurred and have piece of mind should a accident occur with the rented vehicle they are covered and should only pay a exess fee.But in truth you dont have insurance on your vehicles.you say we are "self insurred"but that is just a fancy way of saying we dont have insurance.I was standing at a red robbot and your client bump me from behind.She reported it to you and admitted that it was entirely her fault.Only for me to hear from you i should sue your client for the damages and the exess fee(of my insurrance) as well as any legal costs that may occur as result of this.This is absolutely ridiculous that your customer is going to have to pay up to R50 000 because you are "self insurred" .So there is no cover if you damage another vehicle.imagine renting a vehicle from you and you have a accident with a vehicle of a value above a million rand.you would have your client be liable for that.Accidents happen and your clients should not be held liable for the full amount and then she also had to pay the repair of your vehicle.just insane.Rent at your own risk from 1st car rental you wil end up paying for everything.Next you will let people rent a vehicle without a licence
