No deposit refund on rented car!!!

<p>I rented a car with First Car Rental Hatfield on 04 July 2017. On their terms of use it states that you will be refunded your deposit upon return of car should there be no damages. Car was returned in good condition, I am yet to receive my money back. Everytime I call First Car Rental they tell me that they are awaiting for my money to be released by the bank. I have repeatedly provided them with my bank details yet still I wait to be refunded!</p>
