No cars on the day I came to collect

I booked a car online, they confirmed with me the day before that I can come and pick up my car as scheduled. The next day I came to the Centurion branch and they informed me they do not have any cars available. I had to pick someone up at the airport and they tell me sorry there is nothing they can do. Pathetic service
