NEVER USE "FIRST CAR RENTAL"

It seems to be a common trait with FCR after they have your deposit in their account. They make all the excuses in the world to not have to pay your money back. 1st. It takes 5 - 8 workings days to get your refund 2nd. After three weeks they lodge a complaint with FNB, which takes another 10 working days 3rd. If they don't get a response after that, they will then reopen your case
