Never make use of First Car Rental!

<p>Ridiculously poor service. Returned the car on the 31st of Dec, loggend two queries regarding my deposit that wasn't refunded. No andwer at call centre. Was told on the 4th of Jan that the problem has been resolved and that I will receive my money within 10 working days (ridiculous) phoned today to be told that the refund has not been processed. Apparently 3 people were working on my case, but somehow they can't seem to resolve it. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will never make use of First car Rental Again and will advice everyone I know not to either. Still waiting for my refund!!!</p>
