Never again

They rented me a car but as soon as I arrived to my destination one of the tyre's trim was missing. Probably it fell off during driving. When I returned the car I mentioned it. I had to sign a paper explaining the matter. The lady told me that I probably would not be charged as this was not an accident and she even checked the other 3 trims. She could easily put them out, so they are not fixed item.... Nevertheless they charged me 2 days later (after they refunded my deposit) for for than 500R for the missing trim, even when it was not my fault but clearly the poor state of the car. The customer service insisted that I had to pay it. I will never use them again.
