<p>My recent rental with First was okay. Not great but okay. The issue is with the above mentioned registration number. The car needs attention. I understand the consequences with rental cars. People in general don't care. But I do. I gave it valet as I do with my own. The sand in the engine bay could built me a small house! Ask your fleet manager to check the condition if you don't believe me...it's now spotless, the way it should. Look after your assets that generates income. The airvents and interior are dirty, loads of scratches, three different brands of tyres and squeaky doors. I oiled them. You guys really gave me a bad one this time. My next rental is for February 2017 and I will insist in a better looking car otherwise I am gone as a customer, for good. Feel free to make a note on your system, my Club number is FC188127. I also will revert back as soon as I receive my statement, and be warned if there is ANY charges except Etoll, as I returned it full and in a better condition as I have received it.</p>
